If you want to start an NGO or Non-Profit Business in Thailand, where do you start?

I think it makes sense to start it where you are right now. This way you don’t have to travel back and forth just to set it up. If you plan to move to Thailand, then it would be wise to wait until you get there. However, there may be complication if you are a foreigner. That’s another reason to start it in your home country.
However, if your business is solely in Thailand, it makes more sense to set it up in Thailand. You might want to try to contact an existing organization that is doing the same or similar thing that you want to do. They can probably help you about the set up and give you some good information about this area.
