Try ebay – they have real estate from everywhere listed.

Go to realty company. You sell cheap, they buy.

lol……you will loose money anyway. The laws make it more and more difficult for foreigners to stay here. Everyone know that, and a Thai will never buy to the price you want – because you pay to much already. But you will find out that soon I think
