How to rent a furnished apartment in Chiang Mai ,Thailand?

I need a furnished apartment to rent in Chiang mai Thailand for several months. The apartment should have broadband (DSL or cable) internet access (or allowed to have broadband internet).
I need this apartment for about 6 months to 9 months, starting around June , or July 2008.

You don’t give a price range but CM is quite reasonable and you can find something when you get there.. you will be able to check it out yourself.. as to area and facilities..
