Sasi asked:
I have 10 years of business experience in the USA and am interested in working in Thailand, Honk-Kong, etc. Any recommendations how I can find a job there that is paid well? (I speak only English and Russian).

your not going to unless you get a job with an international company locted here or open your own business which isn’t easy either.. thailand has strict rules on employement here.

It is very difficult without connections. You can try the classified section of the Bangkok Post. There are some job offerings with international companies that require native-speaker with relevant experience. I imagine that many of the ex-pats living in Thailand would prefer a cushy, well-paid job and be able to stay here…as opposed to baby-sitting disrespectful kids with about 0 interest in learning English, in the guise of an English teacher. Good luck.

I’ve lived in Thailand for 4 years. The only real money I have made is from Thai Boxing, but now me and the wife have started a real estate brokerage which after 2 years is starting to show some signs of profitability. Not sure if you want to do that, but there is simply to many falongs that want to settle down there. For the cost of an American executive I can get 10 highly qualified Thais. Here are your options:
#1 – Teach english for pitance.
#2 – Speak fluent Thai, be an actor.
#3 – Start a business that concentrates on getting money from other forengers.
Good luck
I do know a few businesses that took off before they hit the ground if you wana chat about that.

I agree with Ratchanexpat.
Getting a good and well paid job in Thailand is all about connections. I could provide links to listings of jobs, but truly speaking … you’ll never get a good local job without a recommendation and you’ll never get an expat job without being sent by head office.
