For the house 1,950,000 baht. Land prices varies between 10,000 – 12,500 baht per square wah (1 wah = 4 square meter). You need about 70 square wah size, but nicer is about 100 square wah.

Except aliens and thats what they call any European can’t and I repeat can’t own land, any of it in Thailand. Anyone who tells you differently is wrong there is aways and means by setting up a company but the laws relating to foreigners change all the time. I live here and believe me the Thais hate foriengners because they are the only country in se asia not to be colonised so they are told from birth they are the chosen race hard luck the jews but its still a great country see my videos.

The most important thing to remember about living? in Chiang Mai is that in the months of March and April the air pollution here is one of th worst in the world.
